God’s word is clear on why there is wickedness in this world, we are born rebellious and we love our rebellious ways, because our hearts are selfish, self-centered, we want what we want, not what God wants for us, we are prideful we are idolatrous people.
The problem is and always has been us, today we live in a society that wants to blame everyone else, and everything else except the truth of the problem, the world is a sinful place, sin is a choice to rebel against God. God says that those who have Christ confess Him and do not deny Him. Those who don't have Christ deny Him and are of the antichrist. To deny Christ is to deny His word and live as we want, we do that when we say God changes and conforms to our image and ways. God Does Not Change, if a preacher, teacher, person or politicians say we must change with the times you know they are not of God. God’s word says this: Malachi 3:6 “For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed. “Look, every life belongs to me. The life of the father is like the life of the son — both belong to me. The person who sins is the one who will die.”Ezekiel 18:4CSB Meaning we are responsible for our actions, not someone else’s and they are not responsible for ours. You see the answer to the problem is found in the same place God reveals the problem, His word, and only through His Son Jesus Christ can sin and death be conquered. Aren’t you tired of the problem of sin in your life and the sin around you? We are personally responsible to God for our behavior, each person shall be judged according to their deeds, those who believe in Christ as Lord and Savior have had their judgment taken by Him, those who reject Him have condemned themselves and welcome His judgment. Own up to your part, ask God for forgiveness, and to change your heart, draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. The problem is sin in us, the answer to the problem is Christ in us. God’s word says this; “What is the source of wars and fights among you? Don’t they come from your passions that wage war within you? You desire and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and wage war. You do not have because you do not ask. You ask and don’t receive because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures. You adulterous people! Don’t you know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? So whoever wants to be the friend of the world becomes the enemy of God. Or do you think it’s without reason that the Scripture says: The spirit he made to dwell in us envies intensely? But he gives greater grace. Therefore he says: God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Be miserable and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you. Don’t criticize one another, brothers and sisters. Anyone who defames or judges a fellow believer defames and judges the law. If you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is one lawgiver and judge who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor? Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will travel to such and such a city and spend a year there and do business and make a profit.” Yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring — what your life will be! For you are like vapor that appears for a little while, then vanishes. Instead, you should say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.” But as it is, you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil. So it is a sin to know the good and yet not do it.” James 4:1-17 CSB I write to you, not because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie is of the truth. Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also. Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that he made to us—eternal life. I write these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you. But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him. 1 John 2.21-27 HCSB
