God created us, individually. He chose our race, our sex, our eye and hair color, our parents, our birthplace and birthday He left no detail undone.
God did not choose our prejudice, our hatred, our selfishness, our pride or rebellion. The problems we face as a society are because of the choices we make individually. We believe we are greater and wiser than God, God is not bound by our laws, we are bound by His laws, of life, nature, time and morality. God’s word tells us we are fearfully and wonderfully made, created to bear His image, but our selfish rebellion leads us astray, we blindly follow our own ambitions and desires, mostly out of ignorance. We must individually come to Him, repent of our sinful, prideful ways and learn His ways by surrendering our lives to Jesus, and giving into the ministry of the Holy Spirit. God in His infinite grace, has mercy on us because of who He is, He is loving, long-suffering, merciful and good, most importantly He is Holy and righteous. We are none of these things and God knows that we are weak, and easily lead astray, therefore He made a way for each of us because none of us could make our way to Him. Life on earth is short, one day we are here the next we slip into eternity for the laws of life are set, we are each given a number of days to live. Those who die without Christ are forever lost, those who die in Christ are forever with Him. Now is the time, today is the day if your reading this the Holy Spirit is calling to you, Follow Me. Let's not be as stubborn as those around us, let's show those around us what a surrendered life to God looks like. God’s word says this: “For it was you who created my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will praise you because I have been remarkably and wondrously made. Your works are wondrous, and I know this very well. My bones were not hidden from you when I was made in secret when I was formed in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in your book and planned before a single one of them began. God, how precious your thoughts are to me; how vast their sum is! If I counted them, they would outnumber the grains of sand; when I wake up, I am still with you.”Psalms 139:13-18 CSB “Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, on the day of testing in the wilderness, where your fathers tested me, tried me, and saw my works for forty years. Therefore I was provoked to anger with that generation and said, “They always go astray in their hearts, and they have not known my ways.” So I swore in my anger, “They will not enter my rest.” Watch out, brothers and sisters, so that there won’t be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. But encourage each other daily, while it is still called today, so that none of you is hardened by sin’s deception. For we have become participants in Christ if we hold firmly until the end the reality that we had at the start. As it is said: Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”Hebrews 3:7-15 CSB “Then Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit and said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders: If we are being examined today about a good deed done to a disabled man, by what means he was healed, let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified and whom God raised from the dead — by him this man is standing here before you healthy. This Jesus is the stone rejected by you builders, which has become the cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:8-12 CSB “What is the source of wars and fights among you? Don’t they come from your passions that wage war within you? You desire and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and wage war. You do not have because you do not ask. You ask and don’t receive because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures. You adulterous people! Don’t you know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? So whoever wants to be the friend of the world becomes the enemy of God. Or do you think it’s without reason that the Scripture says: The spirit he made to dwell in us envies intensely? But he gives greater grace. Therefore he says: God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. So it is sin to know the good and yet not do it.” James 4:1-8, 17 CSB
