There is nothing new under the Sun that is happening, will happen or has happened. Because the enemy of man, lucifer and his myriad of demons cannot create things only pervert them, they still use the same lies, deceptions, and misdirection today as they did in the garden of Eden.
God’s word tells us that things of this world are perverse, people are fallen, depraved, and lost unless God changes their hearts they will never change. If you have been born again into Christ it is your duty to study the word of God, to seek Him and know Him, if you don’t, you will fall for the same lies and deception the world does, and when you fall for them you will follow them. When we don't study the word, pray or fellowship we are opening our minds and hearts up for the enemy to come in and build a stronghold, cause doubts and fears, we can't decipher God's word and ways from our own or the worlds. Don’t let the enemy build a stronghold in your heart and mind! Surrender both to Christ! When we say I can’t, we should remember Jesus can, take our thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ! The devil can plant thoughts, but we are responsible for how we respond to them. Our job is to dismiss them, by taking them captive, before they take us captive. God will hold each of us individually accountable for what we have done with what He has given us. Don’t look to the world for leadership, look and pray to God alone to lead, guard, and provide for you and your family, He is our strength, hope, and peace. God’s word says this: “All things are wearisome, more than anyone can say. The eye is not satisfied by seeing or the ear filled with hearing. What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done; there is nothing new under the sun. Can one say about anything, “Look, this is new”? It has already existed in the ages before us. There is no remembrance of those who came before; and of those who will come after there will also be no remembrance by those who follow them.”Ecclesiastes 1:8-11 CSB “If you see oppression of the poor and perversion of justice and righteousness in the province, don’t be astonished at the situation, because one official protects another official, and higher officials protect them. The profit from the land is taken by all; the king is served by the field.” Ecclesiastes 5:8-9CSB “Then he said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, don’t worry about your life, what you will eat; or about the body, what you will wear. For life is more than food and the body more than clothing. Consider the ravens: They don’t sow or reap; they don’t have a storeroom or a barn, yet God feeds them. Aren’t you worth much more than the birds? Can any of you add one moment to his life-span by worrying? If then you’re not able to do even a little thing, why worry about the rest? “Consider how the wildflowers grow: They don’t labor or spin thread. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was adorned like one of these. If that’s how God clothes the grass, which is in the field today and is thrown into the furnace tomorrow, how much more will he do for you — you of little faith? Don’t strive for what you should eat and what you should drink, and don’t be anxious. For the Gentile world eagerly seeks all these things, and your Father knows that you need them. “But seek his kingdom, and these things will be provided for you. Don’t be afraid, little flock, because your Father delights to give you the kingdom.”Luke 12:22-32 CSB “Be diligent to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who doesn’t need to be ashamed, correctly teaching the word of truth. Avoid irreverent and empty speech, since those who engage in it will produce even more godlessness,”2 Timothy 2:15-16 CSB “For although we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh, since the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments and every proud thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought captive to obey Christ. And we are ready to punish any disobedience, once your obedience is complete. Look at what is obvious. If anyone is confident that he belongs to Christ, let him remind himself of this: Just as he belongs to Christ, so do we.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-7 CSB
