At times in our lives we all grow weary, we become drained from the anchors of life as we get pulled in multiple directions we find ourselves weak, tired and fatigued.
It is in these times we need to press in more to the Holy Spirit and let Him renew our spirit, heal us and guide us. In this time we must pray for perseverance along with restoration, we need to do as Jesus taught the disciples to get away and just be in the presence of God.
Never let the powers that surround us, determine our direction, or actions for the power inside us is greater than the power around us.
We should not grow weary from doing good, let's keep our hearts and eyes fixed on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, so that we may be a light in the darkness, don't let busyness keep us from doing what God has called us to be, a city on a hill, a vessel of hope and honor.
The path before us may seem to be impossible, but not with Christ for with Him nothing is impossible.
Don't get discouraged, or lose your faith, renew your mind and soul by spending time with God in His word daily and following Him always and keep fighting the good fight of faith.
God’s word says:
“The apostles gathered around Jesus and reported to him all that they had done and taught. He said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a remote place and rest for a while.” For many people were coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat. So they went away in the boat by themselves to a remote place,” Mark 6:30-32 CSB
“So don’t throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you need endurance, so that after you have done God’s will, you may receive what was promised. For yet in a very little while, the Coming One will come and not delay. But my righteous one will live by faith; and if he draws back, I have no pleasure in him. But we are not those who draw back and are destroyed, but those who have faith and are saved.”
Hebrews 10:35-39 CSB
“Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us. We are afflicted in every way but not crushed; we are perplexed but not in despair; we are persecuted but not abandoned; we are struck down but not destroyed. We always carry the death of Jesus in our body, so that the life of Jesus may also be displayed in our body. For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus’s sake, so that Jesus’s life may also be displayed in our mortal flesh. So then, death is at work in us, but life in you. And since we have the same spirit of faith in keeping with what is written, I believed, therefore I spoke, we also believe, and therefore speak. For we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you. Indeed, everything is for your benefit so that, as grace extends through more and more people, it may cause thanksgiving to increase to the glory of God. Therefore we do not give up. Even though our outer person is being destroyed, our inner person is being renewed day by day. For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory. So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:7-18 CSB
“Therefore, brothers and sisters, in view of the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your true worship. Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.”Romans 12:1-2 CSB
