Peace, joy, love & kindness are what the world wants, but they are truly only found in Christ, and the world does not want Him. We, on the other hand, should celebrate Him every day, for we have everything in Him.
If your a student of the Bible you see time and time again that what seemed impossible for man, is never impossible for God. His plans are set, His timeline is happening, He has invited us into the story, the story of Love, Grace, Mercy, Redemption, Salvation and Eternal Life. What risk do we take, none, for God made a way when there was no way, through Jesus Christ, He paid it all; you and I, we pay nothing in contrast to what Christ paid for us. God's plans seems to us to always have some risk involved, but in reality, there is no risk on our behalf. What part of the story has God written, that you fear today? Do you think your part is too risky? We are called to proclaim the gospel, love our neighbor and serve our Creator, and most of all love the Lord our God with all your heart, body and soul. Each of us has a part in this story, we risk nothing, and gain everything, for the one who paid it all. The only risk we take is ignoring God’s calling on our lives, in doing so we miss the blessings, the joy, the peace the reward of walking with Him and serving Him. What has God called you to do today for His kingdom? God's word says this : “They related Esther’s words to Mordecai. Then Mordecai told them to reply to Esther, “Do not imagine that you in the king’s palace can escape any more than all the Jews. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place and you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not attained royalty for such a time as this?” Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai, “Go, assemble all the Jews who are found in Susa, and fast for me; do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my maidens also will fast in the same way. And thus I will go in to the king, which is not according to the law; and if I perish, I perish.” So Mordecai went away and did just as Esther had commanded him.” Esther 4:12-17 NASB “Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now salvation is nearer to us than when we believed. The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us behave properly as in the day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality, not in strife and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts.” Romans 13:11-14 NASB “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. Let us not become boastful, challenging one another, envying one another.” Galatians 5:22-26 NASB “Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin; and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, “M Y SON, DO NOT REGARD LIGHTLY THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LORD, N OR FAINT WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED BY H IM;” Hebrews 12:1-5 NASB
